About Connor Archer, D.C.

Hi, I'm Connor Archer, D.C., and I'm proud to serve the Pinole/Richmond community through corrective, whole-body chiropractic care at East Bay Chiropractic Health Center. My approach is rooted in empathy, precision, and a deep commitment to helping people reclaim their health, especially those navigating complex or chronic conditions.

My journey into chiropractic began unexpectedly. As a medical assistant and x-ray technician during my clinical rotations, I was placed in a chiropractic office knowing very little about what chiropractic actually meant. What I witnessed there changed my life. Patients weren't just surviving, they were improving, recovering, and walking out the door smiling. That impact stuck with me. Later, I personally herniated my L5/S1 disc. Multiple orthopedic surgeons told me I'd need decompression surgery, but through consistent chiropractic care and corrective work, I made a full recovery without ever going under the knife. That experience, paired with five years of working as a chiropractic assistant and x-ray tech, inspired me to pursue chiropractic myself.

Halfway through school, my world shifted again. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer. I moved home to Southern California to care for her, transferring to Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) to stay in school, her one condition for accepting my help. Over the next 18 months, I served as her hospice caregiver. Thanks to chiropractic care, she exceeded all medical expectations and remained at home, walking until her final days. That chapter of my life reaffirmed my purpose: to offer the kind of care I wish she had received sooner. I ultimately returned to Life Chiropractic College West to complete my degree, graduating in Fall 2024 with Silver Clinical Honors and Cum Laude academic distinction. My practice now honors her legacy.

I specialize in low-force techniques, including Activator Method, and I'm passionate about caring for seniors and children, and those with complex or chronic conditions. Beyond adjustments, I also offer cold laser therapy, nutrition coaching and targeted supplementation as part of a truly integrative approach to health.

Inspired by the Life West philosophy, I strive to "Give, Do, Love, and Serve from one's own abundance." That service has taken me both local and international—providing free chiropractic care in Tonga, at Second Chance in Newark, and at First Presbyterian Church in Castro Valley. When I'm not in the office, you'll find me throwing frisbees with my dog Birdie, a border collie/kelpie mix, or behind the camera at dog sport competitions across the West Coast for my side business, Archer's Paradox Photography.
